September is coming up fast which can only mean one thing, it’s fall wedding season! We’re kicking off autumn with Chloe and David’s glorious harvest celebration at Delaplane Cellars. The effortless beauty of their chosen venue, along with a few sophisticated touches, ensured that their special day was as good as gold.
The bride wore an ivory lace gown embellished with intricate bead work to reflect the brilliant harvest sun. The stems in her tulip bouquet were left exposed, matching the green leaves of the vineyard, and a simple satin ribbon wrap added a touch of understated elegance.
As Chloe descended the stairs, the photographer snapped a quick shot. Her sparkling dress and trailing train are a glittering blur illuminated by a nearby chandelier. The happy couple said their vows beneath a blue sky dotted with clouds. Sprawling rows of grapes provided a gorgeous natural backdrop and eliminated the need for traditional floral arrangements.
During the reception, guests were treated to a sampling of Delaplane Cellars wines served in gilded stemware. Rich amber plates, creamy ivory linens, and green-tinted hydrangeas formed the harvest color palette. By choosing a long family-style table, the couple encouraged conversation among guests and created a warm communal atmosphere.
To finish the night, Chloe and David were given a sparkler send off as they headed out of the reception and into their new life together. How romantic!
