Nikki and Jared’s big day had all of the ingredients for a perfect warm-weather wedding: vibrant sunshine, a gorgeous farm venue, and lots of love. Their pastel color palette, complemented with bright white accents, fit the season perfectly. Thoughtful details were scattered throughout the decor, from romantic hydrangea centerpieces to a gorgeous birch chuppah. Read on for more sun-drenched summer wedding inspiration!
The wedding party was decked out in buttercup yellow trousers and robin’s egg blue dresses. Groomsmen wore old-fashioned suspenders while bridesmaids sported chiffon with strappy wedge sandals, giving them a sweet and sentimental style. Nikki and Jared were married in the garden beneath a handmade canopy built from natural logs and a billowing draped cloth.
At the reception, guests were seated at family style tables lined with candle lanterns and arrangements of hydrangea blooms. A vintage door served as the dinner menu and was covered in draped greenery garlands. The clear blue napkins coordinated perfectly with the watercolor table numbers, keeping the summer atmosphere.
A hand lettered display of the couple’s vows welcomed guests to the reception alongside rustic floral arrangements and more romantic lanterns. Their wedding stationary also captured the sweet, warm weather season with pastel tones and swooping calligraphy.
A live band took the stage during Nikki and Jared’s barn reception, getting guests young and old out on the dance floor. Flickering votive candles lined the wooden beams, bringing a soft ambiance to the space and adding a subtle twinkle to the bride’s beaded dress. The happy couple stole one last dance together as their family and friends looked on, drawing their spectacular summer day to a close.
