
Who doesn’t love having an easy go-to recipe in their pocket for entertaining? Relish Decor would like to share one of our favorite party picks: Artichoke Dip. A fantastically cheesy dip guaranteed to make your guests happy. One of our tips to make it look even more elevated is serving it in Staub’s 16 oz petite artichoke cocotte.
Relish Artichoke Dip
1/2 cup mayo
8 oz cream cheese, softened
14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese + some extra to sprinkle on top
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl with a spatula. Place into your Staub cocotte or other baking dish. Preheat your oven to 375 and bake until golden brown on the top, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve with water crackers or sliced baguette.

Riffs:
Herby flavor: Use chive and onion cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese
Add some heat: Chop some jalapenos
Give it some tang: Add 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
Channel Popeye: Add some spinach
