Once you break the wax seal on a bottle of their hand-crafted sauces, delicious aromas of smoke and spice will get your mouth watering right away. And just wait until you slather some on that rack of ribs! Named after Chef Charlie McKenna’s grandmother, every offering from this award-winning kitchen is a ringer. As we move from the golden days of summer into the crisp nights of fall, it’s only right to sip on an appropriately autumnal cocktail. That cocktail is the Beehive. This drink strikes the perfect balance between sweet and spicy by combining fiery ginger with floral honey (plus a hefty amount of bourbon). The Beehive is refreshing enough to enjoy while tailgating and potent enough to swig beside a bonfire. Our secret ingredient is Tippleman’s Ginger Honey Syrup, crafted in small batches to bring your homemade cocktails to the next level. Grab a bottle here, follow the recipe below, and get buzzed!
How To Make the Beehive
2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz Tippleman’s Ginger Honey Syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
ice
chilled ginger beer
lemon peel for garnish
Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Top with ginger beer and twist lemon peel over drink. Cheers!

You might think you know salt. Ben Jacobsen wants you to think again. A few delicate flakes of his Jacobsen Salt Co. finishing salt on your morning eggs and toast will completely change the way you see this humble ingredient. Harvested from the chilly waters of Oregon’s Netarts Bay, these pure sea salts are in a class of their own. World-renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller, Alice Waters, and April Bloomfield all swear by Jacobsen and use it exclusively in their kitchens. Read on to learn more about the artisan salts, seasonings, and sweets offered by this great American company.
Step away from the grocery store tonic, and pick up a bottle of Jack Rudy Small Batch Tonic instead. You’ll thank me. This elixir is hand made in Charleston, SC from all-natural ingredients, and it’s an entirely different species from the over-sweetened grocery store variety most people call tonic. Jack Rudy Cocktail Company is working hard to bring back ‘long forgotten staples of the American bar’ so people can make drinks that their great-grandparents might have once enjoyed.
Rewined Candles founder Adam Fetsch wasn’t always in the candle industry. In fact, he was working in a restaurant where lots of empty wine bottles were discarded—then, he got the brilliant idea to give them new life as candle vessels. As an homage to their past, he filled the repurposed bottles with scents mimicking the complex aromas and flavors found in your favorite varietal of wine. Adam began selling his wine inspired candles at local markets in 2009 and eventually made it to our shop in 2013!
