Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that items may become temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. You will be informed if an item is backordered by email to the address provided at checkout. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
Custom & Special Orders
Special orders typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Special order merchandise is final sale.
If you live locally to our store, you may opt for in-store pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of placing the order. Orders not claimed will be considered abandoned and merchandise will be returned to the sales floor and the customer forgoes a refund.
