Jack Rudy Lavender Bitters

Jack Rudy began developing these lavender bitters as an accompaniment to our sweet tea syrup, and as lighter alternative to our robust aromatic bitters. They found a beloved cocktail called “the daytripper” and lavender bitters were an essential element.

Working with friends at cocktail punk in colorado, they had access to gorgeous domestic lavender that was the perfect component to their foray into a more aromatic bitters expression.

If their original bitters are rich, potent and classic, these bitters are elegant, subdued and modern; they are a fresh take on a classic ingredient, and will be right at home with vodka or tequila, and bring a freshness to our traditional gin & tonic.
