The Villagio Collection is a striking and playful addition to any space, featuring village cityscapes based on original Justina Blakeney art. Hand-tufted of 100% wool, Justina’s linework drawings are transformed into colorful area rugs with a technique called “carving,” shearing down the pile between each motif to create extra depth and texture. Care: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability.  Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
